| RealSolve was retained to acquire a property to be converted to the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM). We successfully negotiated the purchase of the TIES Building at 1925 County Road B2. In less than 60 days we fully renovated this 30,000 sf structure. This included full demolition of the existing interior on 2 floors, designing the new layout, building out the appropriate clinic areas, herbal pharmacy, treatment rooms, library, classrooms and administrative area, new landscaping, and even designing new signage for the building and designing the pylon sign for the front. The property was handed over to the owner ahead of schedule, under budget and the AAAOM started classes in time for the fall semester.
